Financial Policy:

Patient Billing: Payment is due at the time the services are rendered unless previous arrangements have been made prior to treatment. For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit. You can go online and apply at www.carecredit.com if you need help applying we will happy to assist you in the application process. Insurance: Our office accepts all traditional dental insurance. We are preferred providers for the following insurance companies

Please bring your insurance information with you to your appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement.  Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.  Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.  Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees regardless of your insurance coverage.  We are happy to make arrangements for an interest free payment plan, however this must be done prior to the actual procedure.

 

Scheduling:

We always try to schedule our patients as soon as possible. In many cases we can schedule your appointment the same day you call. Your time is very important to us, therefore we try our best to stay on schedule and keep waiting times low. However, many of our patients are emergencies, and various circumstances may occur that lengthen wait times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
